UOA Holdings will soon be launching their IPO to be a part of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange (KLSE) in June 2011. Indicative listing price is said to be RM3 per share and will then be known as UOA Holdings Berhad.

As of December 2010, UOA Holdings has a Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM3.5 billion and with a landbank of more than 60 acres with a potential GDV of RM8.6 billion.
