EWRF is located in the 3rd Floor of Wisma RA along Jalan Dang Wangi. EWRF is a national charitable organization dedicated to the needs of underprivileged Malaysian Indians established since 1978 with over 1000 members nationwide today.

The Universal Peace Federation of Malaysia was founded on 26 November 2005. The Inaugural Convocation was held at Kuala Lumpur Convention Center with more than 2000 participants consisting of government leaders, NGOs representatives and students.
